Belinda C. Williams was baptized at a young age. She accepted her call as Prophet in 1998 under leadership of the late C.L. Slater of First Judea MBC, Tomball Tx. She was licensed and affirmed as Prophet in June 2001 by her late husband Apostle James Williams III after they established In Christ Ministries International.
She was also affirmed by presiding Bishop David D. Pittman of the Unity Alliance Apostolic Fellowship International (UAAFI) in June 2002 as prophet.
She attended “PBI” Power Bible Institute Houston TX and graduated in 2003 in the studies of Demonology, Apostle David & Margret Okumba. She obtained her “BS” Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology on May 13, 2006 from Texas Southern University Houston Texas. In 2009 she obtained her “CDA” Childcare Development Associate Credentials. She has done some legal studies in Jacksonville FL at Florida Costal School of Law, while trying to pursue her Law Degree.
At the present time she is the Senior Pastor of Shamar In Christ Ministries Intl. Humble, TX. Relaunched November 2020 from In Christ Ministries Intl. Apostle Belinda C. Williams stands as presiding prelate of the Coalition of Apostolic Churches, (her husband and she founded in July 2008) which covers churches and ministries in Texas, Florida, Maryland, and other areas in the USA. In Christ Ministries Intl resides in other countries such as Kenya, and twenty-four branches spread abroad in Africa. ICM’s branch in Malindi Africa house an orphanage of about 200 children. Other In Christ branches are in India and the United Kingdom London.
In 2016 she founded Shamar International Prophets & Prophetic School “SIPPS” that trains Prophets & Prophetic people to guard the Nation from the force of evil. A branch in Houston, TX. & Jacksonville, FL. areas.
Apostle Belinda C. Williams has been serving in ministry over 27 years. She believes God’s word is the final authority and with careful thought and consideration commit herself as a humble servant of The Most High God, leaning on the Holy Spirit to direct and guide with Power, Dominion, and Authority the will of God for His glory and Kingdom agenda within this mandate.
